The UK's leading B2B marketing agency in food, beverage and hospitality has a defined target list of 50 businesses, an established content engine, and senior leadership who convert at a high rate once in the room.

The Role
You own the top of the funnel. Proactive outbound outreach to decision-makers across major food, beverage and hospitality brands - the kind of campaigns that reach consumers, not buried B2B industrial work. Account-based profiling to identify the right moment and the right person at each target business. 

You work alongside the Head of Marketing to leverage existing case studies and thought leadership, using HubSpot and Apollo to track engagement signals and prioritise accordingly. When an opportunity warms up, you hand it cleanly to the senior team, who take over at the meeting stage. No pitching, no proposal writing, no chasing your own tail. 

The prospect universe is focused enough that you can work it properly - minimum project values around £50k, top accounts reaching over £1m. You report directly to the MD with close access to the full senior leadership team.

£50,000 - £65,000
Hybrid working - one day per week in the Bedfordshire studio
Performance bonus tied to revenue introduced
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Open to full-time or part-time arrangements for the right candidate

The Person
Someone currently in a new business or business development role at a B2B or integrated agency, with 3 - 7 years of provable outbound success. You open new accounts rather than manage existing ones. Likely frustrated that your current employer lacks the focused prospect list, content support or senior conversion capability to make your pipeline activity pay off.
