Where agencies build campaigns for external clients, this company owns brands including a major swimwear label, a leading outdoor gear manufacturer, and an iconic rugby brand outright. The work you produce doesn't just fulfil a brief - it builds equity they'll hold for decades.

Their London creative hub is looking for a Producer ready to orchestrate content creation on an international scale. Recent campaigns have included partnerships with Olympic athletes and global sporting events, backed by the resources that come from majority ownership of a retail chain spanning 2,400+ stores across 19 countries.

The Role
You'll drive end-to-end shoot production for stills and motion campaigns across multiple premium sports and lifestyle brands. Own production budgets from scratch - scoping, building, tracking and reconciling spend, source and manage freelance crew, talent, locations and equipment while handling logistics for domestic and international shoots, including permits, compliance and health & safety.

You'll build production schedules and call sheets that keep creative, design and brand teams aligned and collaborate directly with internal brand teams as their trusted production partner - no agency layers between you and strategy decisions. Overseeing post-production workflows from editing through final asset delivery, spotting and solving challenges that keep projects on track. This role also includes mentoring junior team members within a structured progression framework that's developed 200+ alumni over 23 years.

£38,000 - £45,000
Hybrid working: 2 days in studio, 3 remote
36.5-hour week with 4.30 pm Friday finish

The Person
An early-mid career Producer from an elevated brand environment, luxury goods company, or premium agency. You've moved beyond purely functional production work and developed a creative sensibility around compelling content. Experience managing budgets and international logistics, with a taste level to match premium brand expectations.
