This is a Contract Resource Manager position at a healthcare communications agency - one that combines creative, medical writing, design, digital and production under a single planning function. 

The Role
You'll own agency-wide resource planning and workflow across all five disciplines. Day-to-day, that means managing resource requests through enterprise platforms like Workfront or Screendragon, reviewing capacity and workloads with discipline leads, and allocating people to deliver on time and on budget.

You'll run the weekly resource planning meeting where competing priorities get resolved. You'll sit at the centre of project management, creative services, production and the brand teams, mediating conflicts and recommending solutions that balance client delivery against commercial goals. You'll build the dashboards that track utilisation, capacity and freelance spend, and forecast what's coming.

You'll manage freelance resourcing end-to-end - identifying gaps early, onboarding, contracts - and work directly with the Operations Director to forecast spend against budget. This is a role about shaping how work flows, not just keeping projects moving.

The Person
You're already doing resource management inside a busy advertising, healthcare or integrated agency. You know enterprise scheduling and workflow platforms well (Workfront, Screendragon or similar), and you've run weekly planning meetings, mediated between creative and production teams, and handled freelance resourcing from identification through to contract.

You're analytical, comfortable building utilisation and capacity reporting, and confident holding your line with senior stakeholders. You're available to start now, and you want a contract that gives you real influence over how a whole agency delivers.
