A global creative network specialising in packaging design for major consumer brands operates across two UK offices, handling live briefs for some of the world's most recognised FMCG names. Their packaging team manages everything from 100+ SKU rollouts to conceptual development for new product launches.

The Role
You'll lead account management for complex packaging projects independently and take ownership of major workstreams - this means writing creative briefs that accurately translate client needs, collaborating with designers to develop solutions, and presenting the creative thinking back to clients.

You'll manage 20-30 live projects concurrently, balancing large-scale organisational rollouts with creative conceptual work. The scope spans major consumer brand packaging - from international flavour launches to comprehensive portfolio updates. You'll work directly with packaging designers across London and Birmingham offices, acting as the primary client-facing contact and building relationships through smart questioning and deep understanding of commercial objectives.

The role reports to an Account Director who has been in position for six months and focuses on oversight rather than delivery. You'll also contribute to team development as the packaging division continues to grow.

The Person
An Account Manager or Senior Account Manager from a brand design or packaging agency with FMCG experience. You've moved beyond production management to handle creative briefing and client interaction independently. You're comfortable with regular travel to client offices and can manage multiple complex projects while interpreting creative requirements for design teams.
