This strategic branding agency builds its own brands. They’re launching into major US and UK retailers, while delivering commercial results for clients who've stayed with them for nearly a decade. 

They've just had their strongest quarter in years and are scaling their strategy function to match growing demand from global brands seeking disruption over convention.

The Role
You'll own strategy projects end-to-end with minimal supervision, working alongside one other strategist in a team that prioritises impact over process. This means leading client workshops, interrogating briefs to uncover genuine insights, and developing propositions that inspire rather than follow formulas. You'll translate strategic thinking into creative briefs that guide the design team, then stay involved through execution to ensure work stays on brief.

The client list spans challenger brands and global names, and you'll build and own relationships with A-grade clients from day one. This is strategy with real autonomy: presenting to clients, refining ideas collaboratively, and contributing thought leadership that raises the agency's profile. You're joining at the exact moment they're building towards their most ambitious client relationships.

The Person
Agency experience handling both brand and creative strategy is exactly what we’re after. You’re a Strategist who is comfortable running projects independently without heavy line management, and you've worked with plenty of corporate clients but are now ready for the scale and complexity of global brands. 

A strong copywriting background is essential, and you’re someone who will challenge briefs, push back when needed, and who wants to shape strategic thinking rather than execute someone else's approach.
