The Role
You'll own the operational backbone that lets a rapidly scaling design team deliver flawlessly across complex media requirements. Your scope spans production workflows between the studio's locations, managing everything from media format specifications to file structure systems to cross-studio coordination. You'll solve the technical operations that turn creative vision into market-ready deliverables - ensuring ad formats, asset output, and delivery timelines work seamlessly while the creative team focuses on the work itself.

This is infrastructure-building at a studio that has outgrown its early-stage setup. You'll establish the systems that allow creative ambition to scale without operational friction, working alongside production leadership and design operations counterparts to build workflows that make complex delivery look effortless.

The Person
You have 4 - 5 years in production-heavy advertising or media environments, with fluency in media format requirements and asset organization. You've worked at agencies handling complex media placements and high-end creative delivery, and you've weathered the crunch-time challenges that come with ambitious creative output. You're the person who defaults to "leave it with me" and consistently delivers on that promise.
