Joining the in-house creative team behind one of the most recognised baby brands in the world - a household name sold in more than 70 countries - at the point its identity is being rebuilt.

The brand is mid-repositioning: a new look across colour, form and logo: we’re talking a full digital transformation, and a consumer-centric strategy built around supporting parents through the early years. You'd be shaping that work as it rolls out, not inheriting it finished.

The Role
You'll lead the full design process for brand and new-product-development campaigns - from strategic ideation through to final delivery across digital, social, in-store, POS and print. That means owning the storytelling: developing concepts, articulating the thinking behind creative decisions, and holding the brand's standards across every touchpoint.

The brief is genuinely integrated. Motion work draws on your After Effects and Premiere Pro fluency; the digital side calls on real UX/UI and mobile-first experience. There's also room to influence how the team works - mentoring junior creatives and championing emerging tools, including AI, where they open up new approaches.

This is single-brand depth rather than agency breadth making it the perfect move for a Designer who wants their ideas to visibly shape outcomes.

The Person
Working in a busy in-house team or a brand-led agency, you’re a mid-to-senior Brand Designer, several years in. Your portfolio centres on campaign work across digital, social, in-store and print, and you're fluent across the Adobe suite with genuine motion capability. 

You can explain the strategy behind a creative decision, not just the craft. You've led projects and brought junior designers on. Consumer or FMCG experience would sit you naturally in this brand's world.
