You'd be the first Brand Designer in the Los Angeles studio. Not one of a team - the one who defines what brand design looks like there.

This is a retail-focused strategy and creative agency, founded in 2008 and now spanning five studios across three continents. They build next-generation retail experiences for some of the most recognised names in sportswear, tech and luxury - the kind of work that turns a store into something people remember.

The Role
You'll lead creative execution across several concurrent brand design projects, from brief to delivery, translating consumer insight into multi-sensory retail work. You'll be the design voice in client presentations, workshops and pitches, and you'll direct and mentor junior and mid-weight designers, sharpening both concept and craft.

 You'll own supplier relationships, scope and timelines, and contribute to new business through the work itself. This is a deliberate senior hire because the studio needs someone who runs independently, with genuine creative authority from day one.

The Person
You're a Senior Brand Designer with five to eight years in an agency, working across branding, graphics, digital and experiential. 

You're fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and you own projects end-to-end. Your portfolio is considered and restrained rather than busy, and you're ready to be the design lead, not one of several.
