Most Account Directors reach a point where the job stops being about the work and starts being about the relay: taking a brief from the client, passing it to the creative team, passing it back. This role is the opposite of that. You own the client relationship and the standard of the work - the direction, not just the delivery.

The consultancy is a specialist in employee engagement and internal communications, and one of the most highly regarded in the UK for it. This is not a generalist agency doing internal comms on the side. Behavioural science and cultural insight sit alongside the creative team as equal disciplines.

The Role
You'll lead client relationships and account growth, turning briefs into strategic creative solutions rather than simply managing them through. You'll own project delivery end-to-end, planning through implementation, holding the quality bar and keeping communication clear on both sides. 

You'll bring ideas to the table, support internal reporting, and identify where accounts can grow. The remit is relationship leadership: building trust with senior client contacts and shaping how major B2B brands communicate with their people.

The Person
You're operating at Account Director or strong Senior Account Manager level, most likely in internal comms, employee engagement, or creative comms. You've run multiple accounts, managed complex delivery, and built long-term client trust. 

You're comfortable with internal reporting and spotting growth, and a background in culture and people-focused work - rather than pure consumer advertising - is what makes you the perfect fit.
