This is a Manchester-born streetwear and lifestyle brand, founder-owned and gaining real momentum. 2025 was a record-breaking year, and the brand is now deliberately shifting from performance-led to brand-led marketing. This role is the lever for that shift.

The Role
You own womenswear brand marketing, end-to-end. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll take brand strategy off the page and turn it into channel-ready work across social, email, paid, press, events and ecommerce.

Right now the marketing team runs in silos, each channel delivering its own plan. This role is the hub that joins them up. You'll own the marketing calendar as the single source of truth, sequence campaigns around key launches, and lead events from planning through production, build, de-rig and on-the-day logistics. You'll brief the creative team on a quarterly cycle, build press and talent relationships, manage a substantial brand budget day-to-day, and report back clearly on what worked and what changes next.

The Person
You've likely come through a brand or integrated agency, and ideally seen the in-house side too. You run projects tightly - templates, process, the right order of things - and you're genuinely hands-on with event production, comfortable owning suppliers, budgets and run of show.

You understand fashion, streetwear, culture and the influencer world. And you thrive in a founder-led business where you shape the structure rather than wait for it.
