We’re bringing Hear Here back to Manchester, and we’re so excited about the room we’re building.
On 10th June, we’re gathering a room of creative leaders, both brand-side and agency, at LOVE’s studio for an evening of conversation, drinks, and meaning…
The world around us is shifting fast. The industry is changing. Culture is changing. Amongst it all, our careers. The creative landscape shouldn’t be a case of survival – it deserves to be a space we design on our own terms.
The Topic
Only 29% of creative leadership positions are held by women – despite them making up 61% of the design industry.
In an effort to close that gap, we make moves, and bring others with us.
For our Manchester edition, we’re exploring exactly that. Make Your Move is a conversation for creative leaders of every gender about how you lead, create and grow when everything around you is shifting.
When do you hold your ground? When do you leap? And what does it look like to design change, rather than just react to it?
