Introducing Nikky, our new Lead Recruiter for London’s brand, design & creative community

We’re delighted that Nikky Lyle has joined the Craft team as a Lead Recruiter, focusing on brand, design and creative roles at all levels across London, South West and the South East.

With over a decade of experience recruiting creatives, Nikky has been actively involved in the creative industry as a mentor and wider contributor with D&AD, Ladies Wine & Design, Kerning the Gap, Outvertising and more. So if it wasn’t already obvious why we wanted her on our team, you can see that she exudes the same level of care and craft for the design industry that we do!
